This Privacy Policy applies to Mitchell Vandersluys doing business as Prestige Worldwide Equipment,
hereby after referred to as “Prestige”. This Privacy Policy is meant to provide information about the
collection, protection, use, and disclosure of the Customer’s Personal Information.

  1. Personal Information Collected by Prestige
    The Customer’s Personal Information identifies the Customer as an individual and may include, without
    limitation, information such as name, home address, phone number, financial information, personal
    preferences, and other information pertaining to the Agreement.
  2. Collecting and Securing Personal Information
    Prestige collects the Customer’s Personal Information prior to renting the Equipment and throughout
    communications between the parties. This may include but is not limited to interactions such as
    correspondence, providing the required information to manage the Equipment, and financial information.
    Prestige understands the importance of privacy and is committed to securing the personal information it
    collects to protect against unauthorized use. However, despite Prestige’s efforts, the security of the
    Personal Information cannot be guaranteed.
  3. Cookies & Google Analytics
    Prestige uses “cookies” to enable you to access our online services and to help personalize your online
    experience by storing your preferences and other information on your computer. “Cookies” are pieces of
    text which, if you accept cookies, are then added as small files by your browser. You have the ability to

    generalized and is not used to identify you as an individual by Prestige. Your Google Analytics preferences

    Use of Personal Information
    The Personal Information Prestige collects is used for multiple business reasons, which may include but
    are not limited to:
     corresponding with the Customer;
     renting the Equipment;
     collecting online payments;

     preparing financial reports;
     engaging the services of third-party professionals;
     analyzing business results;
     investigating incidents and claims;
     protecting parties from fraud; and
     meeting legal and regulatory obligations.
    Prestige does not sell the Customer’s Personal Information to third parties. However, there are instances
    in which Prestige may disclose Personal Information in order to rent its Equipment and/or provide its
    services, for example, to third party payment services or to other parties in the course of the business
    reasons listed above. Personal information provided to third parties will be governed in accordance with
    the privacy policy of the third party.
    The Customer may withdraw consent to the collection and use of their Personal Information at any time.
    However, Prestige may disclose the Customer’s Personal Information without the Customer’s consent if
    required by applicable law.
    Requesting Access to Personal Information
    The Customer has the right to access the Personal Information held by Prestige, subject to any legal
    restrictions. To access the Personal Information, the Customer may submit a request to the email address
    listed under the Contact Prestige heading below and Prestige will respond within a reasonable timeframe
    in accordance with applicable law.
    Retention of Personal Information
    Prestige will retain the Customer’s Personal Information for the duration necessary to fulfill the purposes
    for which it was collected or in accordance with applicable law. Personal Information in the possession of
    a third party will be retained in accordance with the policies of that third party.
    Privacy Policy Updates
    Prestige may update this privacy policy from time-to-time and will provide the Customer with notice including
    an updated copy of the Privacy Policy. Any changes will be effective on the date the Customer is given
    notice of the change. Continuing to use Prestige’s services and/or Equipment after any privacy policy
    modifications indicates the Customer’s acceptance of the modifications. If the Customer does not agree to
    the changes in the Privacy Policy, it is the Customer’s responsibility to cease the use of Prestige’s services
    and/or Equipment.
